To alleviate many of the health and safety concerns due to the outbreak of the Corona Virus (covid-19), many of my clients are starting to add 3D Virtual tours to their listings. This provides potential buyers the ability to virtually walk through, look around, and get a feel for the home, without ever having to leave the comfort and safety of their own home. This also gives the seller peace of mind, by still allowing potential buyers the ability to see the home, without the added traffic and risk.
